Delete your account

Delete in the app

1. Open Bump Circle and choose the You tab.
2. Under Account, choose Delete account and data.
3. Read the confirmation carefully and choose Delete permanently.

This deletes the account record and clears Bump Circle journey data, chat history, bookmarks, preferences and downloaded media from that device. The action cannot be undone.

What is deleted

• Your Bump Circle account, email, name and sign-in links.
• Journey details held by Bump Circle, including dates and linked billing identifiers.
• Local journey history, AI conversations, bookmarks, preferences, cache and downloaded media on the device where deletion is requested.
• Analytics identity and optional analytics data where deletion can be matched to that account.

Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security or legal records may be retained where the law requires it. Provider backups are removed or overwritten on their normal protected rotation schedules.

Anonymous use

Bump Circle works without a named account but still creates an anonymous device identity. The same in-app deletion control removes that server record and the local journey data on the device.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Bump Circle account does not cancel billing held by Apple or Google. Cancel an active subscription in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to stop future renewals. You can do this before or after deleting the account.

Cannot access the app?

Email developer@chewybytes.com from the address linked to your account and write “Bump Circle account deletion” in the subject. We may ask for limited information needed to verify that the account is yours.
