Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. Bump Circle starts anonymously on your device. Optional sign-in is intended for supported cross-device features and account recovery as those features become available.
How do I restore Bump Circle Plus?
Open the Plus screen and choose Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple or Google account used for the original purchase.
How do I cancel a subscription?
In the mobile app, go to Your space and choose Plus membership. On the website, open the Plus page. We will open the billing service that processed the purchase: Stripe Billing Portal for website purchases, or Apple/Google subscription management for mobile purchases. Your Plus access remains linked to the same Bump Circle account across web and mobile until the paid period ends.
Can chat answer a health emergency?
No. Smart Chat uses AI to provide general information and is not monitored by a midwife or clinician. It can make mistakes. If you are worried, contact your maternity unit or healthcare professional; call 999 in an emergency.
How do I delete my information?
Use the deletion control in the app or follow the account-deletion instructions.
Professional support
Bump Circle does not currently arrange private clinical care or endorse an individual practitioner. For questions about your own pregnancy, contact your maternity team, GP or NHS 111 as appropriate.
We plan to add a clearly separated directory of independent, appropriately qualified pregnancy professionals. Listings will be transparent, optional and governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
