1. About Bump Circle

Bump Circle is provided by Wellness Support Group Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 16707294, with a registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. Contact us at developer@chewybytes.com.

2. Important health disclaimer

Bump Circle provides general education and support. It is not a medical service, symptom checker, diagnosis, treatment plan or substitute for care from your own midwife, maternity unit, GP or another qualified healthcare professional.

Content cannot take account of your full history or examination. Do not delay seeking care because of anything in Bump Circle. If you are worried, contact your maternity unit or an appropriate healthcare professional. In an emergency, call 999 or go to A&E. Chat and support inboxes are not monitored as emergency services.

3. Smart Chat

Smart Chat uses AI and is clearly separate from human clinical review. It may misunderstand a question or produce incomplete, outdated or incorrect information. Verify important information with your own healthcare team and never rely on Smart Chat for an urgent or personal clinical decision.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

Much of Bump Circle can be used anonymously. If you create or link an account, provide accurate information, keep your device and sign-in methods secure, and tell us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.

• Do not use Bump Circle unlawfully or to harm another person.
• Do not access another person's account or data without permission.
• Do not interfere with security, introduce malicious code, overload the service or bypass access controls.
• Do not scrape, copy, reverse engineer or resell the service except where the law expressly permits it.

5. Circle community

Circle is an optional community for Bump Circle Plus members aged 18 and over. It provides peer support, not medical advice or professional monitoring. Do not use Circle for an emergency, diagnosis or a decision to delay contacting your own healthcare team.

• Follow our community guidelines and keep posts relevant to the journey space or due-month cohort in which they appear.
• Do not harass, threaten, exploit or impersonate another person, post unlawful material, promote dangerous misinformation, or reveal another person's private information.
• Report harmful material and use blocking tools when needed. We may review, restrict or remove content and suspend accounts to protect members or meet a legal obligation.

6. Bump Circle Plus

The price, billing period, trial terms, renewal terms and included features are shown before purchase. A subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Cancelling prevents a future renewal but does not normally refund the current period unless the applicable law or store requires it.

Apple or Google processes mobile purchases, cancellations and refunds under its own rules. Deleting Bump Circle does not cancel a store subscription; manage it in your Apple or Google account. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

7. External practitioners and services

Bump Circle may signpost independent practitioners or external services. Any consultation or product bought there is governed by the provider’s own terms, privacy notice, scope and cancellation policy. A listing is not emergency care and does not create a clinical relationship through Bump Circle.

8. Content and intellectual property

Bump Circle's software, design, branding and original content belong to Wellness Support Group Limited or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose while these terms apply. You retain rights in information you provide and grant us only the permission reasonably needed to operate the requested feature. When you post to Circle, that permission includes storing, reproducing and displaying the post to the relevant community, moderating it, and retaining records required for safety, complaints or legal compliance. It does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

9. Availability and changes

Networks, app stores, content and AI providers, maintenance and events outside our control may cause delays or outages. We may change, suspend or retire a feature where reasonably necessary. If a change materially affects a paid service, we will provide notice or a remedy where the law requires it.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss caused by using general or AI information as personal medical advice, failing to seek appropriate care, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.

11. Ending use and governing law

You may stop using Bump Circle or delete your account at any time. We may restrict access where you materially breach these terms or create a security or legal risk, acting reasonably and giving notice where appropriate.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in the part of the UK where you live may also have jurisdiction, and any mandatory local consumer protection remains in force.
